We are able to offer in house packing and preparation for all small items, and use well trusted UK couriers. For larger items within the UK, Europe & the rest of the world we use the British shop who have over 25 years of experience in handling fine art and antiques.

All items on this site are antiques and vintage pieces and are, by their very nature, imperfect. When you purchase a piece from us, you are buying something with character.Therefore refunds will only be granted when an item has a significant Misdescription or an area of damage, not noted by us, which is more than just natural ageing. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and received by us in the same condition as it left our premises.The cost of return is not refundable.

Storage of large items 

If you have had items in storage at our premises and the transaction is cancelled then we reserve the right to charge reasonable storage costs at £10 per week. We can agree to store items for a short length of time free of charge but this must be agreed prior to purchase. If items are in storage for over 12 months, we reserve the right to sell the item(s) to recover costs from storage etc. Items stored for over 12 months are non refundable.
